Starting out as an in-betweener on Aladdin in 1992, Richard Rocha has worked on some of Disney’s most popular movies, including The Lion King, Pocahontas, and Mulan. His creativity led him from a career in animation to fulfilling another dream.
Rocha designed and patented baking parchment that’s printed with a baker’s dozen of “bullseyes” for even spacing of cookie dough, and inch-scale grid lines that help slicing even portions for brownies and sheet cakes. From these origins, the BullsEye Baking Co. began.
At Rocha’s online bakery, shoppers will find butter cookies in fun shapes like holiday lights and tiki faces, as well as KrampusKuchen butter pound cake.
