Annie Awards™ Announces Call for Entries

ASIFA-Hollywood has announced its call for entries for the 48^th Annual Annie Awards™. Consideration will be given for animated productions that were released in the United States between January 1 and December 31, 2020, with exceptions that can be found in the award guidelines. Awards will be presented in ten production categories, including Best Feature and Best Short Film, and twenty-two achievement categories, such as Best Animation, Best Direction, and Best Production Design. Submissions will be open until February 1 at 5 p.m. PST, with nominations to be announced on March 3. Due to the pandemic, the awards will be held virtually on Friday, April 16, 2021.
