Screenwriter Jonathon E. Stewart is best known for Pixar/Disney’s Cars 3, Smallfoot, Angry Birds 2, and the 2020 Scooby-Doo reboot SCOOB! With writing partner Eyal Podell, Stewart is currently adapting How to Train Your Dragon author Cressida Cowell’s The Wizards of Once for DreamWorks Animation, as well as a live-action feature for Crazy Rich Asians director Jon Chu. Podell and Stewart have written screenplays for Universal Pictures, Warner Bros., Paramount, ABC Studios, STX, Sony Pictures Animation, Fox Animation, and others.
