When Colleen McAllister isn’t running the writer’s room for an upcoming Nickelodeon kids comedy series, she’s bringing her grandfather’s work as a microbiologist in the 1950s to new life as modern abstract art with a quirky story. Colleen lives and works as a writer in balmy Los Angeles but hails originally from blustery upstate New York and has lived abroad in Ireland, so has an above-average ability to survive cold temperatures and make Irish Coffee.
