Camille Stancin was born in Echo Park and comes from a family of Los Angeles artists. She graduated from Otis/Parsons School of Art and Design with a BFA in Fine Arts. Under her Far Out Finery! brand, her oddball but elegant jewelry and ornaments are made of kiln-fired clay and are hand-painted. Greeting cards and art prints of her paintings and graphics are printed in L.A. on Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) certified paper and are acid free.
