Barbara Dourmashkin started out producing spots for Sesame Street and has worked as a Director, Producer, Animator, Designer, and Layout Artist in Animation. She produced several short live-action films, worked on staff at Disney Television Animation for 22 years, and worked on staff for American Dad!, Marvel, and Hanna Barbera. Through her company Dourmashkin Productions, she has produced and directed more than 40 films and commercials including national commercials for UNICEF, the Girl Scouts, Sears, Library of Congress, Sesame Street, The Electric Company, a trailer for Neil Simon’s Max Dugan Returns, a nuclear disarmament short, and animation for the award-winning Baby Songs series. She is an illustrator, artist, Emmy winner, and a mom with two daughters. Her husband, Geoffrey Case, is an architect.
